Business phone & text
Start a text for simple administrative coordination only. Do not text records or detailed health information.
A clear, low-pressure beginning
Begin with timing and the general concern. Do not send medical records or a detailed patient story through the public form, email, or text.
Request a call
Share an email address and, if you want a call, a phone number and preferred time. The first conversation will cover the general concern, timing, and whether Next Move Care is an appropriate fit.
Use contact information that is private and safe for you. If a voicemail could expose personal information, leave voicemail permission unchecked.
Privacy, HIPAA & business agreements
The Spruce organization includes a Business Associate Agreement with Spruce when applicable. That vendor agreement does not make every Next Move Care interaction subject to HIPAA; the legal role depends on the specific relationship and work.

Call first for the verified secure fax destination. Do not fax records until the recipient, scope, authorization, and any required agreement have been confirmed.
For an immediate medical or safety emergency, call 911. Next Move Care is not an emergency service.
