The website provides general education and service information. It is not a diagnosis, prescription, treatment plan, medical clearance, legal opinion, insurance determination, benefits decision, facility-acceptance decision, or emergency instruction. The Next Move Review and My Next Move Plan are not a second medical opinion, comprehensive clinical assessment, or treatment plan. An accepted paid scope may separately include a limited RN-led observational home-safety assessment with the boundaries described on the Services and Aging Well pages.
No relationship created by website use
Viewing the website, calling, or submitting a callback request does not create a client, clinician-patient, fiduciary, legal, or personal-training relationship. An accepted service relationship begins only through a written agreement identifying the actual provider and scope.
Age and service status
Current paid services are for adults age 18 and older. “Available now” means a service may be considered after exact encounter location, scope, authority, insurance, fit, conflict, and capacity screening; it does not mean every module or residence visit is available everywhere. “Preparing to launch” is not an offer for sale and cannot be booked. Personal-training experience, nursing education, or daily fitness practice is not represented as a current CPT credential. Health coach and patient advocate are descriptive roles, not separate board-certification credentials or expanded clinical authority.
Location and availability
Ali holds a Virginia-issued multistate RN license under the Nurse Licensure Compact. That privilege does not automatically authorize every remote, facility, residence-based, fitness, nutrition, or consulting service everywhere. Before accepting work, Next Move Care confirms the physical location of the person receiving support during each encounter and the applicable professional, business, home-service, insurance, and local requirements for the exact service.
Residence visits and professional boundaries
An accepted service may occur inside an adult client's residence and may include an observational home-safety assessment, medication-list organization and reconciliation, caregiver and resource coordination, or administrative appeal support. Next Move Care does not provide a building inspection, safety certification, pharmacist's prescription-safety determination, occupational- or physical-therapy evaluation, hands-on personal care, medication setup or administration, client transportation, emergency response, legal representation, claims adjusting, insurance-contract interpretation, benefits or medical-necessity determination, debt negotiation, or guaranteed outcome.
No emergencies
Do not rely on this website for an emergency or urgent clinical decision. Call 911 for an immediate emergency and contact the treating healthcare team for urgent clinical concerns.
Privacy and required safety reporting
Privacy and confidentiality remain subject to applicable law. Next Move Care may be required to disclose information for child or vulnerable-adult safety, valid legal process, or another legally recognized safety obligation. See the Privacy Notice for details.
Response expectations
Administrative intake is appointment-based and not continuously monitored. No same-day or after-hours response, requested callback time, professional consultation, or service acceptance is guaranteed.
Changing information
Healthcare processes, evidence, product information, payer requirements, resource availability, admission criteria, laws, and regulations may change. Confirm important decisions with the professional or organization responsible for them.
Artwork, founder identity, and site content
The Next Move Care name, founder photograph, written content, and editorial artwork are provided for personal, informational viewing. Artwork is conceptual and does not depict clients or promise results. Do not use or alter the content to impersonate Ali T. Harris or Next Move Care or falsely imply affiliation, endorsement, credentials, or sponsorship.
External resources and professionals
Links to government agencies, community organizations, professionals, and sharing services are starting points or conveniences. A link does not create an endorsement, paid referral, agency relationship, guarantee, or medical or legal opinion. Outside professionals are selected, contracted, and paid directly by the client and are not Next Move Care employees, agents, or subcontractors. External organizations control their own availability, services, privacy, fees, and decisions.
Professional service terms are separate
These website terms do not describe the complete terms of a paid engagement. If work is accepted, the signed service agreement controls the provider, scope, fee, authorization, privacy expectations, cancellation terms, deliverables, and limitations.
