What current advocacy may include
Organize available information and identify decisions, deadlines, responsibilities, and unanswered questions.
Create a focused question list and help the patient or authorized representative state priorities clearly.
With written authorization, help prepare for or attend an agreed care-team or family meeting.
Provide a plain-language roadmap showing actions, owners, timing, and items that still require confirmation.
Affirming by design
Every package is available without requiring identity disclosure. Names, pronouns, partners, chosen family, language, culture, disability, and privacy preferences are respected within the authorized scope. Direct bilingual advocacy is available in English and Arabic, including Iraqi Arabic; it is not advertised as certified medical interpretation.
Professional boundaries
Your treating clinicians and chosen providers remain responsible for diagnosis, orders, treatment, and direct services.
Begin without pressure
Share only enough to arrange a conversation. Do not upload records or send medical details through the public website.
