Accessibility statement

Standards target

Next Move Care works toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2, Level AA, together with the U.S. Department of Justice's web-accessibility guidance. This is an ongoing design and testing target, not a claim of independent certification or a guarantee that every person will encounter no barrier.

Design approach

The site uses readable text, strong contrast, visible focus indicators, descriptive links, labeled form fields, keyboard-accessible controls, reduced-motion support, and a mobile layout designed for large touch targets.

Disability inclusion

Disabled people are explicitly welcome. Next Move Care asks what communication method or practical adjustment would help and does not infer needs from a diagnosis or appearance. We will make a reasonable effort to provide our own public information in a usable format; we cannot guarantee accommodations or conduct by third-party organizations.

Language

Direct advocacy is available in English and Arabic, including Iraqi Arabic, through a fluent bilingual RN. The website's written guides are currently published in English.

Next Move Care does not advertise certified medical-interpreter or document-translation services. If qualified interpretation is needed for communication with a hospital, clinician, health plan, or other responsible organization, ask that organization directly about its language-assistance process. Next Move Care does not substitute for an interpreter furnished by the responsible organization.

Call (804) 531-6950 or use the public fit request to request a response. The public form intentionally has no free-text field or document upload. Do not put medical or identity details in a public request. If you cannot use the form, call to request a reasonable alternative without repeating private health information.

Report a barrier

Send accessibility feedback to info@nextmove.care or call the business number above. Identify the page or feature, the problem encountered, and a usable response format, but do not include medical details. Next Move Care will make a reasonable effort to provide the information another way and correct confirmed barriers.

Assessment approach

This statement reflects an internal self-evaluation using rendered-route tests, keyboard and responsive checks, contrast review, and automated accessibility testing. Automated tools cannot prove complete conformance, and no independent certification is claimed.

Identity and access privacy

You do not need to disclose race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, immigration or refugee history, or a diagnosis to ask for help using this site. Share only the access need that is relevant.
