Next Move Care is led by Ali T. Harris, RN, BSN, who works as a health coach and patient advocate for adults age 18 and older. The flagship service, The Next Move Review, provides independent RN-led health coaching, education, organization, advocacy, accepted residence visits, observational home-safety assessment, medication-list reconciliation, administrative appeal support, and navigation within each written scope, where professional, business, and insurance authority are confirmed before service.
When Next Move Care may fit
- A discharge, care-planning, or aging-at-home decision needs independent preparation.
- A patient or authorized representative wants help organizing questions before a professional visit.
- A plan depends on family help, movement, food access, transportation, equipment, placement, or services that remain unclear.
- A patient or chosen family feels excluded because identity, disability, language, age, culture, migration history, or family structure is not being respected.
- The person needs education, organization, and advocacy rather than diagnosis, treatment, legal representation, or emergency response.
Use the person's requested name and pronouns. Share identity, disability, language, family, or migration information only with permission and only when relevant.
Clear professional relationships
Independent option
May be one of several professionals a client can consider. The client independently selects, contracts with, and pays that professional.
Treating professional
Is retained directly by the client and maintains the clinician-patient or attorney-client relationship, records, advice, decisions, insurance, and follow-up within that professional's scope. Outside professionals are not Next Move Care employees, agents, or subcontractors.
How to make a privacy-conscious introduction

Let the individual initiate
The person may request a free fit call without sending records or a clinical history.

Wait for written permission
Do not send protected, confidential, or case-specific information unless authorization, purpose, recipient, and secure method are confirmed.
Independence and referral integrity
Next Move Care does not pay or accept compensation for referrals, sell supplements through the service, or promise placement, coverage, eligibility, legal, fitness, nutrition, or clinical outcomes. An introduction does not create a client relationship or guarantee acceptance.
When comparison is included in the written scope, disclosed criteria may include current license or credential status, service type, location, accessibility, language, availability, fees, and publicly available quality information when appropriate. Inclusion is not endorsement. The client verifies credentials, fit, fees, and availability, makes the final choice, and contracts with and pays every outside professional directly.

Communication occurs only with appropriate permission and within the accepted purpose.
