No surprise scope or fees
Payment and service policy
The public website does not take payment. The first 15-minute fit conversation is free.
Before paid work begins
Current paid services are for adults age 18 and older. If Next Move Care accepts an engagement, the client receives a written agreement identifying the service, provider, fee, included work, timing, limitations, encounter setting, location, authorization requirements, and deliverables. Paid work begins only after those terms are accepted.
Active, preparing, and independently delivered services
Available now means the service may be considered after fit, exact encounter location, scope, competency, RN and business authority, insurance, conflict, and capacity screening. It does not mean that every module or residence visit is available in every jurisdiction. Preparing to launch means the service is not currently sold or bookable. Independent professional means a professional selected, contracted, and paid directly by the client remains responsible for that professional's advice, relationship, records, insurance, and fees.
Ali has personal-training education and experience and maintains a daily fitness practice. Direct personal training is in development and is not bookable. Ali is not represented as a Certified Personal Trainer or CPT. Next Move Care has chosen to delay launch until its selected credentialing and operating requirements are complete.
Service location and professional authority
Ali holds a Virginia-issued multistate RN license under the Nurse Licensure Compact, but the compact does not make every remote, facility, residence-based, fitness, nutrition, or consulting service automatically available in every state. Before each service is accepted, Next Move Care confirms where the person receiving support will be physically located during the encounter and the applicable professional, business, home-service, insurance, and local requirements for the exact service.
Whole-person support boundaries
Health coach and patient advocate describe Ali's roles and services; they are not separate board certifications or authority beyond his RN scope.
- The Next Move Review organizes goals, health information, questions, responsibilities, and next steps through RN-led health coaching and patient advocacy; it is not medical diagnosis, prescribing, or a second medical opinion.
- A scheduled residence visit may be included only when location-specific authority, insurance, fit, and written scope are confirmed.
- An RN-led observational home-safety assessment considers visible fall, access, environmental, routine, and caregiver concerns. It is not a building inspection, accessibility or safety certification, or occupational- or physical-therapy evaluation and cannot identify or prevent every hazard, fall, or injury.
- Nutrition support is general education and habit coaching. Disease-specific medical nutrition therapy belongs with a qualified dietitian or other appropriately authorized professional.
- Medication and supplement support organizes client-provided lists, reconciles stated information, identifies discrepancies, and prepares possible duplication, interaction, or safety questions for confirmation by a pharmacist or prescriber. Next Move Care does not perform a pharmacist's prescription-safety review, determine that a medication or product is safe or effective for an individual, or independently advise a start, stop, substitution, or dose change.
- Movement education is not physical therapy, athletic training, injury rehabilitation, cardiac rehabilitation, or emergency care.
- Administrative appeal support may organize notices, records, deadlines, stated options, and client-approved communications. It is not legal representation, claims adjusting, insurance-contract interpretation, a benefits or medical-necessity determination, debt negotiation, or a guarantee of coverage, payment, savings, or outcome.
- Next Move Care does not provide bathing, dressing, transfers, medication setup or administration, client transportation, emergency response, continuous monitoring, or other hands-on personal care.
- Outside professionals are selected, contracted, and paid directly by the client. They are not Next Move Care employees, agents, or subcontractors and remain responsible for their own services, records, insurance, fees, and outcomes.
Private-pay services
Next Move Care does not bill Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial insurance for current RN-led health coaching, advocacy, and navigation services and does not guarantee reimbursement from an insurer, employer, flexible spending account, or health savings account.
Published current pilot prices
Each displayed amount is the fixed price for the defined work and time at the selected rate level, not a starting estimate or minute-by-minute charge for that same scope.
The pilot schedule uses a $100 Standard time-allocation base for each professional hour in the scope. Standard fixed package fees include larger-scope savings of 10% for The Next Move Review, 15% for Guided Navigation, and 20% for Priority Advocacy. Choose one published rate level per scope; Supported and Community Access are alternatives to Standard, not extra reductions. Pilot fees may be reviewed for future engagements, but an accepted written fee does not change during its scope.
Time limits describe total professional time allocated among the agreed conversation, accepted residence visit, organization, question-list preparation, research or document review when expressly included, writing, and follow-up—not a guaranteed continuous meeting of that length. Any residence visit or document or medical-record review must be specifically listed in the written scope and use the approved process.
- The Next Move Review: $180 Standard, $140 Supported, or $90 Community Access for up to 2 hours total professional time.
- Focused Start: $75 Standard, $55 Supported, or $35 Community Access for up to 45 minutes.
- Guided Navigation: $425 Standard, $350 Supported, or $225 Community Access for up to 5 hours.
- Priority Advocacy: $800 Standard, $700 Supported, or $450 Community Access for up to 10 hours.
The written agreement confirms the selected rate and scope. A developing service has no public fee and cannot be purchased until it is formally activated.
When Guided Navigation or Priority Advocacy is selected before paid work, its published fee is the total package fee and includes the smaller scopes named in that package. It is not automatically added to a separate Review fee. Any later expansion, credit for completed work, or replacement scope must be agreed in writing. Package savings do not automatically carry into additional work outside the package.
Priority Advocacy includes up to 10 hours of professional time across as many as seven active service days within one 14-calendar-day coordination window. Waiting and non-service days may occur while records or responses are pending. Priority Advocacy is not continuous monitoring, emergency coverage, or 24-hour on-call care.
If the included professional-time limit is reached, work pauses unless additional scope and fee are approved in writing.
Supported and Community Access rates
A limited number of reduced-rate engagements are available based on financial need and capacity. A brief confidential self-attestation is sufficient; no tax return, bank statement, or medical record is required. The rate does not change professional standards, privacy, respect, or agreed deliverables.
Payments, additional work, and outside expenses
A client may pay an agreed fee once or request written milestone payments. Travel, pre-approved non-professional third-party expenses such as record-copy fees, and work beyond the accepted scope are never added automatically. Additional work requires affirmative written approval of its scope and fee before it begins. Outside professionals contract with and bill the client directly; their fees are never passed through a Next Move Care invoice.
Cancellations and refunds
If a client cancels before paid work begins, any prepaid service fee is returned in full. After work begins, the written agreement's earned-fee schedule applies and any unearned prepaid fee is refunded. Completed work and client-authorized, nonrecoverable non-professional third-party expenses remain payable. Outside-professional fees are owed only under the client's separate agreement with that professional. Future milestones that have not begun may be cancelled.
Independent connections and product neutrality
Clients remain free to choose any qualified professional, facility, attorney, vendor, or community resource. Outside professionals are selected, retained, and paid directly by the client and are not Next Move Care employees, agents, or subcontractors. Next Move Care does not pay or accept referral compensation, sell supplements through the service, require a product purchase, add a percentage referral charge, or place an undisclosed markup on another professional's bill.
If a client requests research, comparison, scheduling, or follow-up involving an outside organization, the client pays only for the agreed navigation work, not for being directed to a particular organization.
